当然用英语怎么说？

一、of course正确用法

of course也有适合使用的场合。

比如别人请你帮忙时，表示意愿或欲望十分强烈时，都可以用of course。

例如：

①-Will you come to my football match tomorrow?

-Of course!

明天你会来看我的球赛吗? 当然!

②-Can you help me to fetch the umbrella?

-Of course!

你能帮我拿下伞吗? 当然可以!

二、of course错误用法

of course是我们经常见到的表达，甚至把它等同于yes。

但很少有人知道在一些场景下of course有傲慢、没礼貌的意味。当有人询问某事时，如果你回答”Of Course”，会给人一种对方“明知道还要问，不用多说”的感觉。

例如：

——The outside temperature is five degrees below zero, will you go outside?

外面的温度零下5℃，你要出去吗?

——Of course!

当然!(带有“我知道，还要你说”的语气)

正确的回答应该是”Yes, I will”(好的，我知道了。)

三、当然的英文其它表达

2.surely, naturally, certainly, of course这组词都有“肯定地，当然”的意思，其区别是：

surely 表一种必然的可能性，也可表示信心或不轻信。强调主观判断。

naturally 指自然而然，毫无造作或天生如此。

certainly 强调有把握，深信不疑。

of course 指毫无疑问，自然如此。可与certainly和naturally换用。
